It's serviceable. I use GX on my PC, and gave been an Opera user since the early 2000s. I find myself missing features that the regular version has such as Bookmarks. GX is fine. Privacy features seem fine. Falls short of other browsers in that area but fine for most users. I still prefer it to most other mobile browsers but I think their regular Opera browser tends to better in the feature set overall, especially on the mobile platform.

I can't deal with it anymore, this app is fine on PC, and it's got a background change option, that's nice and not really done with other browsers for mobile for some reason, but the ad blocker simply does not work most of the time, and my god does it run so bad, like I open a new tab and it takes a solid 5 minutes to load, the same if it's closed fully and reopen it, it just runs terribly. If it ever gets fixed I might switch back cause the UI is great, it just does not run properly

It was a great browser, at one point but something made it less so... I've noticed recently that whenever I try to look something up, I get a blank screen until I swipe; which in of itself is manageable, albeit annoying... then it started happening to web pages, and videos, and images... it has made the whole browser feel bad to use tbh
