Ratings and reviews

The app is really beautiful, runs smoothly, however I tried to order through it and got into an insane ordeal. I literally tried to finalise my order 20 times yesterday, only to get to the same screen asking me to confirm my region for billing over and over again. This morning I tried ordering through my browser and still got no success, I got in touch with customer services who were very nice but their suggestions only got me to other error screens. It shouldn't be that difficult to order!

I was trying to complete an order since September 2023. Now, August 2024, obviously the same items were not available but it was equally difficult to complete my order. Firstly, it was not clear if the store at central Athens was available for pick up, or if the app had some bug. Furthermore, it took three tries to complete the order.

I love this app, orders and returns are so easy and it's very intuitive. The only option I miss or did not find is how to activate a notification about an item being back in stock.
