The app is almost unusable. It only opens the clothing section, and I cannot access or track my order at all. Every time I try, I get a “Connection Error.” The app is fully updated and my internet connection is stable, but the issue persists. Very frustrating experience

I purchased an item following an advertisement that promised 20% off through the app, but in reality I paid the full price. The app is not user-friendly, and there is no way to receive the discount after the purchase. A disappointing experience and a misleading promotion.

Very bad experience. Tried to reach customer service and it was all but impossible. There was no way to even send an email. I could write the email and then the button send would not be pressed. Tried for 2-3 days and then decided it was the app's problem.
