Ratings and reviews

This app keeps breaking down. Loads slow, products appear and disappear never to be seen again even tho they make you get on a wait list for it. Try adding items to cart that get added....blank pages. When you try to go back let's say you checked a pair of trousers and go back to trousers main page it sets u back all the way to the main top page....it is a disgrace.

There is no rate 0 option, I would put 0. Few of my orders were cancelled for no reason, I have a current order paid in full that is not shipped but was supposed to be delivered few days ago, customer service is not responding for a week in WhatsApp, just the message "connecting you to our agent", then nothing. I am having terrible customer service experience, even though I have been a loyal customer of the store for years.

In general the app is good. However there are some issues: The bookmarks (though helpful to have) are not easily accessible. You have to click on the basket and then click on bookmarks, which is not intuitive. Now when scrolling in a category, after clicking on an item and then going back to the category, it rearranges all the pictures and you are not where you were before clicking. You end up seeing pics you've seen before, because they were rearranged! Makes it difficult to browse.
