Ratings and reviews

It does not connect with the tracking device or Google Fit app. It keeps asking to reset the Fitbit password. Cannot get it going but lots of activities plus promo for a chance to win 50000 pts! Otherwise, it has lots of great points to improve health issues. It does not show the achievements all the time either. This is even better. The response has nothing to do with what my concerns!!! Also, when a day of the activity is skipped, it deletes the badge and wouldn't allow it to complete again!!!

Used to work fine until couple of weeks ago.I haven't been able to sign in for the last couple of week. It started with with it just hanging when I entered my pin to get in,then it would loop around when I entered my email address. Cleared site data, reset password,changed default browser,contacted support. Nothing.i have the same issue with PC optimum.Tried a different phone with updated Android but never received the code. Update.I have emailed support but the person helping stopped answering

It is very deceptive and disappointing when you start a program for a set number of points, but before you finish the program, even within the time limit, the amount of points you get decreases by 75%. This is what I experienced today with 3 programs. It's also terrible that they decrease the points midway through a 10 day program. Dishonest app, you should get the number of points that is advertised.
