It's disappointing that we cannot top up the balance anytime (like any other wallet platform). The way we should wait for the balance refund each time we want to recharge is frustrating.

The app is functional but they never thought why they should make an app. Why do I need to verify BOTH phone no and email and then make a request, including filling out NIK, JUST TO SEE OUTAGE STATUS??? My god can't believe our tax money is spent on this

how silly is when my banking application, which holds so much value, can be accessed normally, without gps tracking, developer mode or etc. Still secure and well. But this app, which only I used to check my electrical bill, can't be accessed at all, so many requirements. Yeah, maybe the bank's technical ability to secure an application is better than this company owned by the country.
