I thought it was just me! Eversince the update, I can no longer transfer funds because I am not receiving my OTPs. I also can not activate the digital key. I reached out to customer service and went personally to the bank, but they can't fix it. If they don't fix it, I will be forced to transfer my money to BPI because their banking app works fine.

6/28/2021 - Can't sign up, it says...."Oooops, we are encountering some problems while registering with your account". An absolute piece of garbage. Please restore the more efficient old version.... 8/17/2021 - I tried again today but at the end of the process it says "customer onboarding failed"? I don't know what they mean, so I don't know also how to proceed..

It's been weeks now I can't see my accounts on the dashboard. -Updating my review as it been months now since I can't do online banking transaction, as my accounts were not showing on my digital app. No use of reporting/calling this on your customer service, we keep coming back on loop. Please hire a reliable IT for this issues. Thank you.
