Promise is a revolving personal loan that receives funds via bank transfer. Upon repayment, the loan limit will be reinstated until the company suspends or terminates the service, in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated by the company. (The limit may change according to the company's loan approval conditions. If customer information changes, additional documentation may be required.)
The personal loan limit is based primarily on the customer's monthly salary or regular income. If monthly income is less than 30,000 baht, The maximum loan amount for a lump sum loan is no more than 1.5 times your monthly income. If your monthly income is 30,000 baht or more, the maximum loan amount is no more than 5 times your monthly income or 300,000 baht, whichever is lower.
The annual interest rate (APR) is a minimum of 15% and a maximum of 25% per year, as follows:
- Interest rate: 15% (principal outstanding x 15% x number of days in each billing cycle/365) *rounded down.
- Credit limit usage fee: 0.00% - 10.00% (principal outstanding x credit limit usage fee x number of days in each billing cycle/365) *rounded down.
- Repayment options: Customers can pay the minimum amount (300 baht) or in installments (minimum 3 months and maximum 60 months). Installments must be paid by the due date specified in the application or invoice.
Example: Loan interest rate. On February 10, 2023, a customer signed a loan agreement for a credit limit of 10,000 baht. 3 installments
- Credit limit of 10,000 baht, transfer 10,000 baht to customer's account
- Interest rate of 15% and credit limit usage fee of 10.00%, totaling 25% per month
- Due date: End of month (payday)
Therefore, on February 28, 2023, payment amount of 3,500 baht (interest and credit limit usage fee of 10,000 baht x 25% x 18/365 = 123 baht, principal = 3,377 baht), remaining principal balance of 6,623 baht
Installment 2: March 31, 2023, payment amount of 3,500 baht (interest and credit limit usage fee of 6,623 baht x 25% x 31/365 = 140 baht, principal = 3,360 baht), remaining principal balance of 3,263 baht
Installment 3: April 28, 2023, payment amount of 3,325 baht (Interest and fees for credit limit usage: 3,263 x 25% x 28/365 = 62 baht. Principal = 3,263 baht.) The remaining principal balance is 0 baht.
Total repayment amount: 10,325 baht, comprising 325 baht in interest on the 10,000 baht principal, at an interest rate (APR) of 25% per year.
*The calculation is an example of a scheduled repayment with no additional loans.
Other Expenses:
Stamp duty: 1 baht for every 2,000 baht approved for the credit limit and 1 baht for any remainder thereof.
Fees for payments made through other agencies: 10-35 baht per transaction.
Credit information check fee (for new applicants and contract changes, no fee is charged if approval is rejected).

- Debt collection fee.
*The company does not charge a fee for insufficient funds in the account. (In the case of debt repayment by debiting from another financial institution), the fee for requesting a statement for each installment (from the second set onwards), and the fee for requesting a transaction verification.
