The app itself is put together very well, BUT how it interacts with orders isn't the best. If I place an order and show early via drive thru, they won't prep it early (even if I am the only one there). It would be quicker for me to order when I am there. There should be an option for drive thru and in-store, so that if you go in the drive thru, they will begin prepping when you pull to the speaker. Otherwise, it would be a good app for me.

I really like how easy it is to order from the app and how you can see how many points you have. It's also great how they save your payment method as well as you past orders for faster checkout just in case you want to reorder an order you made before. It's very convenient. I usually order my food in the store but I startee ordering on the app and it's just as tasty. It's always amazing quality. The app is also easy to use.

I hate this app. if you place an order and schedule it for later in the day and then realize you need to make a change, there's no way to do it. I just accidentally placed four orders for the same thing because I was trying to update the pickup time. basically as soon as you complete the order you've paid for it like it or not. so incredibly inflexible and greedy. fortunately, the store staff were incredibly helpful and issued a refund. thank goodness for human service!!
