When the whole system is working, this app is great. However if something goes wrong, this app is useless. Did they forget an item on your order? No way to report it. Need to cancel your order less than a minute after you place it? Nope. Can't do that either. Want to contact taco bell or read the FAQ? There are links for that but they don't work. Half of the orders placed on the app never make it through to the store and the store won't refund your money. Very glitchy and slow!

Keeps logging me out every time I try to checkout, add payment, or use rewards. Then when I log back in, I have to start over every single time. It's a never ending loop of trying to place an order but not being able to. Then when I finally can, the reward didn't work. Tried placing it online but to use a reward can only be done through the app. Absolutely terrible.

Edit: after no response from the customer service emails, I got a response due to my review here. They fixed the issue immediately and everything seems to be in order. Haven't tried using it yet but it allowed me to get past the error screen App doesn't work. Hasn't updated points from mobile app orders since September. Called to get points added with proof of order numbers. But won't let me redeem any rewards. Says car has does not have any qualifying items even though I choose from the list.
