Horrible, I'd give 0 stats if possible. I bought the fry pass and haven't been able to use it since, and you can't redeem in store. I've cleared the cache, un-installed and reinstalled, and even tried different locations/cards and waited days inbetween trying. Nothing works, and it seems to be a problem between everyone for days and isn't getting resolved... I'm very sad, I was so excited about this promotion. 😢

My only complaint about this app is that it doesn't allow drinks to be customized with easy, no, or extra ice. Fix that and it would be 5 stars. Update 7/23/2024. Drinks are customizable and have been for quite some time, which was a great improvement. However, I just updated the app and now it's crashing every time I open it. I hope that gets fixed soon!

Great app. When it works. It just doesn't work most of the time. Something fundamentally broke in the app a couple months back following an update and now you have to delete,reinstall, log back in, and reenter payment info every time you want to place an order or else it won't let you make selections. No idea why but it only works the first order after it's installed. The app is good, well laid out, simple to use, gets your order submitted right and allows easy customization of orders.
