This app has an absurdly broken, from removing rewards/coupons on a whim to preventing you from continuing your order, and keeping your cart but not showing it until you add another item. There is no fix for any of the issues (I uninstalled & reinstalled thrice; it's still broken). Now there's a new issue that prevents me from choosing a pickup location. Also, talk about pitifully cheap rewards: nothing above "Fire Tier" & a free birthday Freeze. Edit: the comment from Taco Bell was useless.

I absolutely hate the idea that the item I enjoy the most is only available via the app. Of which my nearest location isn't even taking orders. Good job, this sucks.... Update: Now on 2 separate occasions at 2 separate locations my order was doubled as I checked out. The location says their is nothing they can do, and that its a "known issue". I'll no longer be using the app, and its doubtful I'll return to a Taco Bell. 1 costumer might not mean much, but that's not the point.

4/16: app only works if you don't add a fire reward at checkout, which is the entire point of the app in the first place. You can't redeem fire rewards online or in-person. it's now 5/6 and the app is still broken. You can't use fire rewards, and now when you try it won't allow you to remove the item from the "bag" so you have to start your order all over again. Calling the 1-800 number, like the reply I got below, will not fix the issue. Fixing the app will fix the issue.
