I absolutely hate the idea that the item I enjoy the most is only available via the app. Of which my nearest location isn't even taking orders. Good job, this sucks.... Update: Now on 2 separate occasions at 2 separate locations my order was doubled as I checked out. The location says their is nothing they can do, and that its a "known issue". I'll no longer be using the app, and its doubtful I'll return to a Taco Bell. 1 costumer might not mean much, but that's not the point.

Edit: after the most recent update, I can't even place an order, keep getting the uh oh sorry error. Btw I've now lost most of my rewards due to this, and I have filled out the contact form and received no response! The rewards aren't working. When I select my item, it's in the cart, but if I customize it, the reward is removed. If I don't customize it, it disappears when I go to check out. I've cleared cache and storage for the app but it still happens, and it isn't location dependant.

Great until they went passwordless. Now j can't log on. I never get an email. I've been trying for days multiple times. Real shame because i will only ever order on the app. So they're just losing business. *edit* I emailed them and they never emailed me back. I had to pay $5 for the item I usually get for free with my points because all my points are gone and I no longer have access to my account. I'll probably just go elsewhere. The extra step just to log in is insane.
