I absolutely hate the idea that the item I enjoy the most is only available via the app. Of which my nearest location isn't even taking orders. Good job, this sucks.... Update: Now on 2 separate occasions at 2 separate locations my order was doubled as I checked out. The location says their is nothing they can do, and that its a "known issue". I'll no longer be using the app, and its doubtful I'll return to a Taco Bell. 1 costumer might not mean much, but that's not the point.

4/16: app only works if you don't add a fire reward at checkout, which is the entire point of the app in the first place. You can't redeem fire rewards online or in-person. it's now 5/6 and the app is still broken. You can't use fire rewards, and now when you try it won't allow you to remove the item from the "bag" so you have to start your order all over again. Calling the 1-800 number, like the reply I got below, will not fix the issue. Fixing the app will fix the issue.

Edit: after the most recent update, I can't even place an order, keep getting the uh oh sorry error. Btw I've now lost most of my rewards due to this, and I have filled out the contact form and received no response! The rewards aren't working. When I select my item, it's in the cart, but if I customize it, the reward is removed. If I don't customize it, it disappears when I go to check out. I've cleared cache and storage for the app but it still happens, and it isn't location dependant.
