Good when it works. Most of the time freezes up when trying to see camera as if it was missing frames or buffering? If you restart the NVR works OK....for about a week, then back to same old. freezing up / buffering (what seems like). running on 1gig network so I know that is 100%. not else has issues except this. Please make this more stable. right now not reliable and can't recommend to anyone in this state.

App is unreliable. Always offline when you need it. Never had worked correctly. Security system will be functioning properly, but the app always "device offline" and doesn't work well at all. When it does actually work it's glitchy frustrating. I'm currently looking for another app that might work my system. This one is virtually useless.

I'm happy with the app. I've been using it for a year and just bought a second system for an additional property. Called Tech support to see if I can monitor both systems on same app, same account, the guy answered my question and gave me a helpful tip. I'm still running wires and haven't set up second system yet.

Solved issue when setting multiple alarms (alarm out) only the last alarm ended automatically.
