Ratings and reviews

WiFi and cell date both, after 30 seconds of video play it will stop and say there is trouble playing the video basically. If it was one or the other, I'd blame the signals. But being as both of them are experiencing issues, it's the app. If I didn't use paramount on my tv, I'd cancel the subscription!!! I like being able to clean my house and watch shows. If I can only watch in the TV, I can't leave the living room. Fix the app or I'm cancelling!!!

The app is horrible. If memory serves, the version thru Amazon firestick may operate the best but otherwise, on TV and on my mobile device - this app operates on par with texting on a flip phone. Plus, tons of playback errors. No easy way to skip episodes. Love the programming but will likely cancel the app for a while. I'm paying for convenience as well as programming and it would seem that this just isn't the right time. Good luck fixing all the bugs, CBS et al.

This is the worst streaming service app on all platforms. It straight up dosen't work on 40% of devices and I try it on and on the ones it does "work" on, it's a full time job just to keep it working with how often it needs to be reset or refreshed. Closed captions aren't very good and often have sync issues. Overall, somewhere between unusable and unbearable.
