Terrible app, messes up the apps on the phone. Clunky, hardly any controls available, even with the premium purchase. Zero help with customer service except for them to apologise for any inconvenience. Don't buy or download. Would give a minus if I could. Still trying to cancel subscription, but it isn't as straightforward as it should be. Very very disappointed and annoyed at wasting my time

Used this app for a year and found it to be a useful tool for monitoring our son's device. Having decided to not continie using the service this year, after an increase in price, we asked for a refund. We have been waiting since June. The best part of 3 months. 3 months of 'technical difficulties', according to their support team emails. I suggest you avoid this company as, if you have any issues with the app or require the refund, you're unlikely to get your money back.

The app doesn't work at all, none of the features it promises. I contacted support and they just tell you to reboot the devices and other basic things to do. Of course I'd done all that already. 3 times I've asked for a refund and 3 times they've ignored my request and thanked me for my cooperation!!! Unbelievable! update 2 years on: they have continued to take payment every year until i realized, now they won't refund that either. £70 they've taken without my knowledge! steer clear!
