Ratings and reviews

It's ok. We loaded our tickets into the app BUT one member of our party couldn't make it. Unfortunately the app doesn't show you which tickets have been scanned before AND randomly reorders them. I appreciate this is a niche situation, but it meant we couldn't get a refund on the additional ticket because even after approaching the main kiosk and asking for help they ended up scanning the wrong one. Just a very basic function that could be added but has cost us a park ticket

Didn't really work. Wanted the map with queue times while I was at the park. The queue times would show until I clicked on a ride then I couldn't get the queue times back

So, having read some pretty negative reviews, I installed it anyway. Close to useless tbh. The park WiFi didn't help and that coupled with poor phone signal made the user experience two stars at best. On the positive side, the park was great and the app wasn't needed. The grounds and general cleanliness of the park were amazing. Go there.
