Ratings and reviews

over the app works well but when the time comes towards cc payment dates the app crashes every single time and does not allow to do payments I mean what's the point of it happens once then it's totally fine but I see the every month which raise the eyebrows may be they are trying to delay the payments so they get more interest on the delayed payments

PayZapp has no customer support, no helpline number, and not even a proper email ID. If any kind of issue occurs regarding transaction, credit card, bill payment, etc., just assume your money is gone. You won't get any support from their end. So it's always YOU vs YOU in this case. Very disappointing, especially from an app linked with HDFC. They are seriously failing their customers. I raised the tickets on payzapp application, nearly about 7-8 tickets but they closed it without solving.

PayZapp suddenly stopped working on my phone after years of no issues. Now it just shows: “Unable to proceed… device doesn’t meet security requirements.” Nothing changed on my end — no root, locked bootloader, debugging off. No explanation, no support, just “use a different device.” If an app can randomly lock out users with no fix, why trust it for payments? Fix your app instead of blaming the device.
