First device failed. 2nd device seems to work but the app loads slowly, and now will not collect device data even within Bluetooth range. It's unusable the way it is now. Only once did it help me find my dog.

the required geofencing area is too large. I just need to know when my dog has left the yard. setting the perimeter at 164 yards, she may as well live 3 houses down bc I wouldn't be notified if she is out running the streets.

As others have noted happening to them, I can't log in. It says my info is invalid, which I know is not true. I can log in through their website with the same info just fine.
