I find the app useless. My property manager decided we needed to pay a ridiculous $50 a month mandatory fee for filters, this worthless app, insurance that covers nothing on my end. It takes forever to earn points for anything substantial. The smaller $5 items always say sold out no matter how often I check. There has only been one survey available to earn an extra 20 points in a year's time. Why are we being nickel and dimed to death under the guise of a perk. No perks found.

Update after almost another year: I'm still loving this app and have since gotten huge picture frames, more gift cards, and a can opener. Definitely recommend, and the rewards are great for pets, home decor, gamers, restaurants, and even grocery and hardware stores. Cheers! Easy to use and fun rewards. I've gotten a rechargeable battery bank, cat toy, cookbook, a few $10-15 digital gift cards, and more. Thanks!

Like most others, the app fails to find rent payments, I figure it's due to the fact that it "looks" (for me anyway) 2 - 3 days in advance of payment. I have noticed an increase in my credit score though. Usually after I've went through customer support. Been active for a full six months and still haven't fixed the "can't find your rent payment" issue.
