This app is broken to the point of being unusable. For some smoothies, the option to "Choose a size" doesn't even appear. So when you try to "Add to Cart," you get an error saying "Please Make a selection for 'choose your size'," but you can't! You're literally stuck and can't move forward. Please fix this.

Clunky app. The worst part is that I'm unable to use the remaining balance on the gift card. I have $20 on the gift card, but if the order is over that, it won't let me use the gift card as a payment (and pay the difference with a credit card). Unbelievable that the app doesn't allow that simple function.

Unfortunately, this app is useless for me. There's no way to order my favorite smoothie, Crazy Bee (add orange sherbet). They need to have a 'create your own' option or at least offer all menu options, even the "secret" menu options. I even tried to customize a different smoothie to make it similar to the one I want, but when I tried to substitute two different ingredients I was only able to pick one substitute for the two. So now I keep missing out on earning rewards.
