Good concept of consultations online. However in case of cancellations or doctor absenteeism, the 'help' button redirects to the previous consultations, when clicked on the failed consultation, it redirects to the chat. When clicked on the 'help' from the chat, it again redirects to the list of previous consultations. Exhausting to claim a refund in case of doctors absence in a booked consultantation. There is no contact information on the app, to reach out to someone about this glitch.

Disappointed with Wrong Invoice Name and No Support I booked an appointment on 29 May 2025 through the app, and while the appointment was completed successfully, the invoice I received has the wrong name – it's not the patient's name. This is a serious issue, especially when invoices are needed for medical claims or records. I tried reaching out to their support team, but I haven't been able to connect with a real person. The chatbot is unhelpful and simply says that the name cannot be changed

I ordered 3 medicines which were available during the order. Then they cancelled 2 medicines telling out of stock. I had a chat with customer care and he put me on hold and didn't reply. This is the last time I'm ordering from Practo and uninstalling app due to reliability issues. Finally, I went to medical shop and purchased from there. What a pathetic service that doesn't ask customers if they want to cancel the entire order and fine with partial order. They tookdecision without my consent.
