Good concept of consultations online. However in case of cancellations or doctor absenteeism, the 'help' button redirects to the previous consultations, when clicked on the failed consultation, it redirects to the chat. When clicked on the 'help' from the chat, it again redirects to the list of previous consultations. Exhausting to claim a refund in case of doctors absence in a booked consultantation. There is no contact information on the app, to reach out to someone about this glitch.

Very bad UX. If they have discontinued their on call customer care service then it should be updated everywhere by replacing the numbers. As the chat mode is your primary support then make it easily accessible. Second, if they have updated the price of a service then that should be updated through out. Pricing on the portal, FAQ documents, even in the invoice is old and actually charged with a higher price. It's shady and not trustworthy. One positive thing, the support team listens and acts.

This is my first time using your application, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The contact number provided in your email is invalid. Even after waiting for more than 2 hours, there was no response from the two doctors assigned to me as they were offline. I kindly request you to cancel my membership and initiate a full refund at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response.
