Empower Perimenopause Test
This new hormone test from Proov measures hormones for women who are curious about where they might be on their perimenopause journey. It evaluates hormone levels as well as menstrual changes and perimenopause symptoms. The Proov app then connects women who have completed the Empower test with treatments to manage their perimenopause symptoms.

has potential but issues: 1. the setup is confusing for no reason. why fill in kit numbers which does not auto fill the type of test-i think it forces us to buy more tests, which can only be used once, even if you pick wrong type. 2. the kit only have a small # of each tests. yet the req'd # of tests is far more than what is incl. 3. app has no access to updating your email. 4. a LOT is for purchase. overwhelming. expensive and even info is up for sale. 5. help is email and closed on Sunday

1. This process & the app is more confusing than it needs to be. 2. I used beta app for 2 cycles, then had to start all over- couldn't import info into new version. 3. The new version isn't recognizing the 4 tests from the 1st cycle. 4. Strips/kit are expensive for a product (app) with so many issues. 5. If you're shopping for this product, you will buy it because there's nothing else like it- so just be prepared for it to be less than perfect.

My first cycle I had no issues taking pictures and having the test strip read. But for the past several cycles it sometimes takes upwards of 20 minutes just to get the app to accept a photo. It says it's too bright, then too dim, then the lighting is uneven... I end up looking like a studio photographer with my lighting setup just trying to get the app to read a test strip. Not sure what changed between my first cycle and the rest, but at this point I can't recommend this product any longer.
