Unreliable. Doesn't sync all files. Doesn't update files that are already synced. Qsync windows application works perfectly fine. Android app is somewhat useless and can't be relied for keeping your files in sync. It is also not intuitive to configure. This is absolutely unnecessary. This app should have simple functions and sync the files instead... Because android app is so unreliable I regret going with Qnap generally (although hardware is perfectly fine, no problems there for many yrs)

Most things work...But working on a pixel 9, we can't auto upload in the background. So whenever the app goes to the background and stays there for a minute or two, the upload will fail, waiting for you to pull the app back into the foreground. Please fix it and I'll update my rank. Edit: I've allowed app to run in the background (ie disable battery optimization), but every time I try to toggle on the "Allow QFile Pro to run in three background" in-app setting, it does not allow me to proceed.

The November 2021 update, while it might look nicer than the previous version, it's way slower. Loading files is slower. Loading videos is slower. There are missing shortcuts, like for example, when copying a file, the "favourites" locations was one click away, now you need to multiple taps all the way back to root to see it. Used to be really good. Big downgrade imo. Edit: found the previous version of the app with a simple Google search. Bliss!
