I accidentally signed up for the business version, thinking I needed it for my income property. It turns out I could not use it for that and needed just the basic version. Support was incredibly unhelpful, and refused to give me a partial refund or any recourse. Even though I never was able to use it and asked within a month of subscribing to change plans or cancel. They just tell me to cancel through the play store (so I eat the cost for a service I never received) and then disconnect the chat.

No free trial, no examples or even a brief chance to try the app. It goes straight to the subscription page no matter what. There's absolutely no way I'm paying for a subscription without even being able to test the app out. even a 1 day free trial would be better than nothing! Especially considering other reviews saying you won't get a refund or even partial refund.

I've been looking for a cheaper alternative to QB soloprenuer for purchase tracking and invoicing. Simplifi is 'almost' there. Hopefully in the future they'll improve the clutter and add better categorization. Maybe long press icon shortcuts or widgets for invoicing, estimates, transactions, and etc. Adding payment options to invoices like Venmo and credit cards (not stripe)

Those with early access enabled can now use our Zillow integration to estimate and add your property value to your assets. In addition, we've made several bug fixes and improvements to improve the app experience for all customers.
