About this app

Contrary to popular belief, weed can be addictive. If you've found yourself trying to quit only to fall back into old habits, then you know your relationship with it isn't what you want it to be.

This app was created for that exact reason. I understand how challenging this journey can be because I've been on it myself, and I wanted to build a straightforward, honest tool to help track progress and provide motivation when it's needed most.

It's a very non-intrusive solution for those who need a gentle reminder of their goals and achievements. I found that the information alone provided the motivation for me to stay on track, including calculating the money saved and displaying changes to my health. This app is powerful in its simplicity and is the perfect companion for me. I can't thank the creators enough for the support they've provided in my recovery journey.

Excellent-has more potential! It would be really helpful to show where in the recovery graph the user is. If I am on Day 21, I can go look at the graph and see roughly where I am manually, but what if there was a blue dot that moves in real time as you progress? That would be encouraging, and maybe even addicting in a good way (and replace those smoking urges). The materials are pretty good and the ads are very short, but I hate when I accidently leave my phone volume on. That's my fault though!

Its been a big help to visually see my progress on things like REM sleep, agitation, etc even if they aren't 100% accurate since everyone is different. I wish there was a way to pop up reminders throughout the day to stay strong, the cravings come quick and hard. I've had to start over twice now The ads can be very very very intrusive but I get why they're there and I appreciate being able to use the app for free.
