It's a convenient way to use your bus pass. however it sometimes randomly logs you out (not when your phone updates like some other apps, just truly randomly) which is a pain when you pull it up as you get on the bus and have to log back in before you can scan. The explore feature also frequently says that there are no available routes for a place I know the bus goes right past and am just checking the next time for, so I have to use the booklet instead which is fine but defeats the purpose.

The QR barcode often fails to refresh. This is a problem when attempting to board a bus, and the onboard scanner will not accept the expired barcode. If this happens, oftentimes the driver will not allow you to board. I have missed my ride to work on more than one occasion. Other than that, if the glitch is addressed, the app is very useful. Just an FYI, if you are dealing with this issue, go to the bus station and they will give you a smart card that will link to the app.

This app is great... when it works. I've had issues with the QR code not refreshing and the app freezing up on a server contact failure message. I've reinstalled multiple times, reset my phone, refreshed data, refreshed my connection, etc. Nothing works. I just tried for 20 minutes to refresh my ride transfer and eventually had to explain to the driver that I could not provide the code. I'm going back to using my bus card and requesting paper transfers from now on. This is so frustrating!
