Love the coverage and speed. In the 3 years of ownership, I had one device fail. RS customer service was exceptional! After maybe 10 minutes of troubleshooting (which did not resolve the issue), a new device was shipped overnight. I highly recommend Rock Space Wi-Fi hardware.

This app won't let me create a account, and because of that, I can't control my routers and to make things worse, it keeps failing to connect to my router and and I'm mad I refuse to use this stupid thing until you fix it to the point where I can create a account and able to control it without ever factory reset it over and over

No support, troubleshooting guide is worthless, worked okay when I bought the set, but when I reran the network and rebooted the router, now the app won't see any of the rs nodes, and I can't do anything. They're literally hundred dollar paperweights.
