Ratings and reviews

More useful for buyers than sellers. There is no way that I could see to view messages. RV Trader is very slow to forward messages to one's email box. I was hoping this app would notify me when a message has arrived and allow me to view and respond to messages. This would make it more useful to both sellers and buyers, like Facebook Marketplace.

Your message system sucks! I was communicating with a seller and setting up a good day to make the 500 mile one way drive to see it. We headed south figuring we would hear back while we were on the road but he never got that message or a dozen or more afterwards. I thought it was the seller playing games but he didn't get any of the messages telling him we were enroute. We came back home, still no word. I finally flagged his ad and he saw that one and responded. No sale here.

If I could give it no stars, I would. I'm shopping for an RV, set up an account, and had a few units saved. Came back to compare at a dealer, and my information was removed, and I was unable to access the app. The system updated itself, and all my information was lost. After sending a password reset, I was still unable to access my information. This app is totally useless, in my opinion. I'll shop using Google for now!
