Suddenly rediffmail has started behaving strangely. I ry to login and it tells me to download app - I'm using the app itself to login! I can't send attachments from mobile- they just don't show in the mail... wasting hours over this useless app...looks like I'll have to switch over to some other good app.

THIS APP HAS TURNED OUT TO BE A TOTAL DISASTER POST UPDATE. Didnt allow to login despite entering correct credentials for many days! Got to know so many faced same issue! 2) After sending email 'mail sent' pops up but mail vanishes! Neither it is in sent items nor it is received by recipient!!! 3) App has started bugging me with ads, spam emails; IRONICALLY, on spam emails there is no option to mark it as SPAM making this CHEAP, ABUSIVE, NOTORIOUS, SPAM APP!!!

yes I had a problem opening my mail, cos they had changed the logo as rediffmail professional, so I thought we hav to install this app, but still couldn't open then after some days I called customer care, and they helped me connect to technical support, and i explained my problem, as I had to download (re )as to open my mail, and they guided me n immediately I got connected and could access my mail....thanks rediff team
