Update: Finally after many attempts it's correct. Other settings did the same. Changed my settings to remove inbox categories and they're still there. What's the point of settings if they don't do anything? Really pissed that I have to troubleshoot your product for free to have a working product. I am an electronics test engineer and this is forced labor. What a crock.

I'm putting 1 stars. Your app times out and won't allow anyone to log in at all. You've received this complaint several times and you just try to refer people to an automated help option. I use Yahoo for my bank, now I can't sign in even if I try to sign in with chrome. I don't need a help desk. You need to repair your servers. Plain and simple. People can't access their email because your app crashes and your website crashes.

8/13/2026 I have turned off the daily streaks in my notifications, but streaks still show and see "notifications". the number of streaks keep changing... this give me the impression that streaks are not turned off and making the app slower. Extra star for giving me your input and possible solutions. after reflecting, you app does work... extra star.

This latest release brings a fully updated design and tons of new features.

• New navigation: access all your folders and views along the bottom in what we call the “Joy Bar”, which you can customize for your needs.
• Folders: tap the “Inbox” tab in the bottom navigation to switch between Sent, Drafts, Trash, Spam, & your other folders.
• Compose & Search have moved to the top right
• Account info: tap your profile icon on the top left to add, manage, or switch between your email accounts.
