Reflex Active offers a selection of fantastic features:

The stepometer tracks your steps, distance and calories burned.

Sleep monitor tracks your quality of sleep.

Multiple sports functions, our smartwatch offers a choice of activity types such as running, biking, walking & climbing.

In addition to training functions, our smartwatch will also notify you when receive incoming calls or messages.

Phone finder feature helps locate your phone or smartwatch should you misplace them.

Ratings and reviews

terrible, slow to connect, doesn't want to transfer data correctly or at all. held 3 months of running data and records, and then it randomly deleted everything itself from the app and watch. throwing the watch in the trash, and deleting the app, complete waste of money and time.

The sleep tracker is inaccurate. Results can't be edited. It says I'm asleep when I'm just sitting down. The exercise tracking isn't user-friendly. The emotion (stress) tracking is useless. I'm stressed most days and this tells me I have the stress levels of a Tibetan Monk. The size of watch face features like heart rate can't be changed. If you don't have 20/20 vision, you may struggle to view it, especially while moving. There are a lot of nice features that aren't fully developed.

I'm updating this review as the app has made some great improvements through updates. There used to be a lot of problems with data sync / missing data, and while not perfect, there has been huge improvement in the latest mod. However, in the meantime, the face fell off the watch after only 6 months and the screen on the replacement is noticeably wonky. Whether it was stuck on that way or has shifted, there is clearly something wrong with the glue seals that they are using.
