When it works, it's a great app. But there's been some issues recently with the location aspect. When making a delivery, it's been saying that I'm 500m or more from the delivery location when I am literally parked outside. Also, the navigation has taken me to locations not outside the residence but behind it in a parking lot or even on the next street. Can be frustrating, especially if I'm delivering in an unfamiliar area, and particularly being on the clock.

This has gone from being the best courier app I've used (out of 5 different companies I have worked for) to being the worst. It looks like there's been an update that just hasn't worked, and it doesn't seem to be getting fixed. You've taken the "stress free" aspect out of working for the company and turned it into a ballache, and yes technical support, I have updated the app, numerous times on 2 different phones, sort it out.

terrible, where u book a route for the next day and if you take a screenshot of the booking the price doesn't change but if u don't take the screenshot the price of the route drops drastically, prices btw £43~£46 drop to £37. This addiction inserted into the app is frustrating, bordering on fraud, and when you ask about it in the chat they say that they have no control over the amounts that are made automatically. I suggest that no one works for this app. and has 10 thousand bugs
