By far the worst restaurant app on earth. I have absolutely nothing good to say about it. It's unstable to the point it is nearly impossible to complete an order without multiple crashes. You can't tell if you are logged in or not because it often won't advance beyond the log-on screen. The interface is totally confusing at times, resulting in lost opportunities to apply discount codes. I am sure this app costs RT business, which no doubt is the opposite of its intention.

Good pizza, app sucks. Never remembers your passwords or credit card numbers, so they need to be input each time. And least 1-3 times every order, the cart is suddenly empty. This time, I clicked "edit" to view one pizza and boom, empty cart. It's like they don't really want you to complete an order. Or maybe they hired one of their delivery guys to build their app, because he swore he could do it for cheap or for free pizza. Has sucked for years and they never fix it.

Terrible App, we ALWAYS have issues with this app. It never wants to accept the rewards points we earn. So then we have to call the store to place the order and get the discount. They usually help us out, but now they're not allowed to??? Um, what? Honestly, it's ridiculous. I hate the app. It's constantly messing up, losing our orders and we have to restart several times with EVERY SINGLE ORDER WE MAKE. Round Tables needs to do so much better than this.
