The most terrible banking app i've ever used. Ive used several banking apps before and this just barely performs the most basic tasks. Many apps allow you to have your accounts on multiple devices (since many people have multiple devices and may want to see their accounts) and have an easy setup process. For some reason, this cannot be set up on any device without the express permission from the bank, meaning it cannot be set up or properly utilised when abroad which is bad for users abroad.

System is down quite too often for a bank. Generally easy to use. But there are some usability issues: 1. ICan't find any option to add already completed transactions to Favourites anymore after returning from transaction completed screen. This is quite annoying. 2. Scheduled transactions disappear without trace, without any explanation, on the scheduled day. Then at some time (around 7:00 - 8:00 in Thailand), there would suddenly be a notification that the transaction has completed (or failed).

App won't allow me to access my account. After being on hold for an hour with customer support number it provided, I was told to go to the bank to verify the same phone number I had registered for 3 years. I was never notified or informed of this policy change to prepare at all. At time of writing, I am one of many who are sitting and waiting to fix the same BS frustration. What's the point of having all digital transactions with QR codes, if the stupid system can go down?
