App is horrible and useless. The look was updated but that was about it. The time is way off, it doesn't track routes or your current location. Wasn't that great before the update. Now it's completely useless. Also it does not allow you to reset your starting point to current location. Update 9/8/26 It's even worse almost a year later. You can't save favorites anymore. All my favorites erased when they decided to cut service...go figure. Worst public transportation in the country.

This app used to be super reliable for me but they keep updating it and making it even more confusing to read. They're trying to make it super intuitive or something but it really doesn't need to be. I miss how it used to look. Just missed by bus because there are 2 different arrival times and I was focused on the one constantly updating... which I guess was the wrong one? It also deleted all my favorites again 🥲

Not good. Can't load the septa pass from the app. Have to login somewhere else. The app has outages leaving you at a stop wondering if a bus route has been detoured past your stop, a common occurance. When you are on the bus your location usually shows you just ahead or behind it. The buses update much slower than your location. It will show a bus about to arrive that has passed you. Just look up the schedule.-2025 update, IT GOT WORSE! You can watch a route be half completed only to disappear.
