poor sign up experience. And location names (eg., airports) are in Simplified Chinese even if the rest of the app is in English - not even make an effort to download the names in English to your database?

Too many unwanted notification, even if I choose stop receiving promo message, nor I log off the account. Wonder it works on background all the time without user control ....

Some international orders require item declaration in English. However, I couldn't input items in English without the system automatically selecting the Chinese names offered in the droplist (e.g. "Sticker" would be changed to "貼紙"), unless the terms I used weren't included in its database (e.g. "Sticker Pack"). Also, it would sometimes jump back to previous page without saving any changes. Please help look into these issues to make it more user-friendly.
