No place to log in when app first downloads. Initial screen asks to start with profile email & phone number then when i click "create," it closes app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working :/

Having issues logging in the sms direct app. Asks me for my e-mail and phone number to redeem password. It does provide me with my password but no way to log into the system.
