This is my first and last time using this app! I booked pickup at Lot 10 but in the end I have to collect it at another place which is 47 minutes away from me. I had to cancel the booking but I have to pay the FULL PRICE, even though I didn't even touch the car! The most efficient thing is to cancel my booking, so they can rent it to another customer I suppose. LOUSY APP!

connecting to a customer service is a nightmare. cars are unchecked, condition like scrap metal. still would not refund full amount when clearly the car is undriveable. customer service is not giving any help. wasted 2 hrs just to resolve an issue with the car. not recommended anymore. the service has spiralled down so bad.

apps is slow on loading. worst customer service ever. managed to get the apps bad review because where else we can write our feedback and listened? i booked a car and the car is not on site. asking for replacement but no one contacted me. this is the 2nd or 3rd time already. even worse is that we will know it's not there during email 20 minutes earlier from the booking time (if they remember to send the email).
