Small accounts are blocked from trading during turmoil market periods. Basically you can lose money because you are blocked from trading and you can not close your positions. Meanwhile, Saxo Bank (Group) is notifying you that "you may experience slowness loading certain modules and data....our engineering team is working ....we sicerely apologize for any inonvenience..this may have caused" The Saxo Group Sorry that you, the client, are losing money.

App is OK. Excellent platform in general. BUT the real issue is the customer service, complete internal chaos in the bank, their inability to track down what and why is happening, issues with communication, unexplainable decisions that they can't find ways internally how to fix, despite agreeing that it's not a normal way of operating. Haven't seen anything like that in any financial institution. Weak regulator in Denmark at fault, perhaps? Wouldn't be allowed to operate like this where I live..

Had a good experience with the app itself. It is fairly well built, allows you to trade a wide range of securities, although with fairly high fees. However, their costumer service is a different matter. Iwas asked to provide documentation to prove source of funds, which I did. One month later still got my my account restricted, before they even looking at what I provided. Two months later, and multiple chat sessions, my account is still restricted, even after providing all required documents.
