It was supposed to be a free 3 day trial, but it only accepted my card that it could charge right away, so I went ahead with the one month option and put that amount in my checking account and it accepted the same card it had denied 4 times prior for "unknown reasons!" Even worse, it still didn't work right for me!! I would like the subscription canceled and a reimbursement, please?! I only had it for , well, today Is what would been the last day of my 3 day trial !!!

doesn't really work well. half of the files are not supported. (mp4) this was supposed to also be a free trial. I used it for 10 minutes trying to make it work and they charged me immediately! I the app does not let you cancel! TOTAL SCAM

Couldn’t figure out this app and uninstalled it, yet I have been paying a monthly fee for some time. Several months. I don’t much appreciate deceptive practices.
