I'll purchase tix thru the app, it will charge my credit card then an hour later refund my purchase. The email says they were unable to process the tickets. The app says the event "has been rescheduled" when it clearly hasn't. The hilarious thing is when you search the event, seat geek explains in past tense that the event already happened and gives a date that hasn't happened yet. Also can't get a support phone number without tickets that they keep canceling.

difficult to use, feels like a scam the whole time until you actually get to the venue and are admitted, Way more expensive than necessary, and the app is buggy. there's no phone number for customer service, The only thing you can do is look at FAQs or send an email which is extremely frustrating.

The phone app is very limited in its features for trying to sell tickets and making adjustments to the selling price. Specifically, you cannot use your phone to make price adjustments to an active listing and you can do things like turn on and off the "Smart" flexible pricing options. So you have to switch to the desktop version on your computer to make most adjustments to the sale price. Very disappointing -- I would give zero stars if I had that option.
