I needed to learn a 15-page anthem in a very short time. I opted for this after reading the very positive reviews, and it proved to be the right choice. Scanning the music was more accurate than my attempts at photography and the playback was 99% accurate, allowing me to get to grips with the work, before tonight's rehearsal. It's a very helpful app, and I'll be using it frequently. The only snag is that it didn't warn me that I'd missed a page out from the scan. Something for the next version!

Best entry level music reader. I have tried out several music readers with almost, but not quite total, lack of success. This however, works nicely, is simple to use and is entirely worth the very small cost (it's much better than some charging nearly 4 times the price). Try to fill the camera frame as much as possible with the sheet music and make sure of good, even light.

I thought this would solve the problem of not knowing what a piece sounds like as I'm a beginner so I'm still learning rhythm and scales, but unfortunately it misses notes out very frequently, plays some notes together even if they are in the same bar, will get confused over the key signature marks at the beginning of a stave, or any other marks! It also doesn't seem to play in anything other than treble clef, despite being able to change the 'voice' it is played in. Very frustrating
