Ratings and reviews

Had the app for a while but have only just started to regularly use it. Easy to use and offers okay e.g food and occasional fuel. Only negativity is that despite me closing the app down and turning off notifications etc it keeps autostarting and asking me to play the Costa coffee game on my main screen each time I go to look at my phone. I guess it wants to take centre stage but it needs to work in the background. Not sure wether to delete or disable until I need to use the app.

trying to register & set up pay at pump with PayPal, since that would work for me. This went into a confirmation process that just started to loop. cleared the cache then data on the app, to start again. then the same problem over again. waste of time and just when you think you've finished setting everything up, for a new account, there is another part of the profile, to complete. reading other feedback, I can see I'm completely wasting my time, here. I'll just pay with a credit card at ⛽

Since the last update a few weeks ago, the app is very slow to open and it no longer recognises location correctly. I have tried to use 'pay at pump' at 3 different locations (50 miles apart), but each time instead of giving me the pay at pump button it gives me directions to the garage I'm at, because it thinks I'm a quarter of a mile away. I've tried restarting and reinstalling but nothing helps. Google maps, Waze and What3Words all know that I'm standing next to your pumps, why don't you?
