Lost money. I paid with QRIS twice to a merchat. I scanned their barcodes and both successfully paid, the credits had been deducted, meanwhile in their side, the statuses were still unpaid. There shouldn't be any issue with the internet, as when I tried to pay with another e-wallet, it immediately succeeded with paid status. There isn't any sign it will be reimbursed. Up till now, was very satisfied with the services. But as of now, ...

Pity for a payment app to have many bugs. First, the app take time to top up. Sometimes the app freezes and you've to close it forcefully. What make me furious is the app don't let me check in and saying "for safety, we can not proceed your request". I never know why I got this problem because I just installed it recently. I had done basic things such as cleared catche and restarted the app. I tried to contact the help desk and took a screenshot but the app didn't allow it. its a stupid scam.

The app screen is too big on a Samsung S24 or S25. Couldn't type in any number in the keypad because the navigation button was on the way. Please fix this issue
