Im currently experiencing alot of play back errors. I cannot use this service that im paying for every month. No live chats to connect to customer service. Absolutely terrible! You guys up the subscription and the service gets worse, what are we paying for? Update 28/02/2025. I want to remove my payment details coz I canceled the subscription last month and the took the money from my card. Day light robbery. I can't even watch anything from the app!!

I do not know what is going on with this new app. I have been getting playback errors CONSISTENTLY. I understood when I got it the first time and decided to delete and reinstall the app, clear cache and everything in between, and when that did not work, I contacted customer support. I did not use the app for a few days, and when I tried it afterwards, everything was playing well until those playback errors started popping up again. please fix this problem. If I'd give half-a-star, I would!

I just got a subscription, and everything has been fine, until recently, it says that there is a 'playback error' and that 'something went wrong' whenever I try to watch something. it's been like this for the last 2 days? I even uninstalled and reinstalled my app, which resulted in me losing my downloads. Any updates on why this is happening?
