This is my first ever eSIM. I found their options for South Korea the most competitive (from the UK). I used their chat customer service, and that reassured me before I bought it. It was so easy to buy, instal, and set up prior to leaving at the airport. I followed their advice after landing as there wasn't an instant connection. That worked. The app is very good. It shows the duration and data left. Options to buy more data. So far, so good! I'm very pleased. Excellent value.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP, USE SAILY INSTEAD!! I purchased a 5 GB sim card, it worked for 6 MB only i contacted the support from whatsapp, after they failed to make it work ( the configurations were correct ), they just ghosted me, no refund, nothing, the contact agent was called "Maiia" Please use the saily app, they are more reliable, there is no reason to use this app, leaving you stranded in a new country with no connection!

They charge you money, you activate the sim then you find out it doesn't work at all, then you'll contact support then they will just ignore you or give you an automated answer.
