It has a material design and dark theme by default, providing a great user experience for easy usage. The lack of internet access gives you more privacy, security, and stability than other apps.

Ratings and reviews

It's good, it's simple, and does what it's supposed to do, and that's type, but other than that, it doesn't do anything. It isn't customisable. And aslong as the settings are too simple, this keyboard won't be as good as some others. But this has the potential of being a much better keyboard. One feature many keyboards fail to add is a bottom padding/margin. This could really be a first step in improving this keyboard, and giving attention to the keyboard.

I do like the simple keyboard, but I only giving it 4 stars because it missing an autocorrect (I couldn't find in the setting), and the 'I' doesn't capitalise other than starting sentence. One feature that would be useful for me (and I wouldn't mind paying for the Pro) it this keyboard support characters such as Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Russian etc.

The idea to have quick access to the clipboard and other often used text is great. However, the app doesn't allow to switch between several input methods and the size of the buttons cannot be changed (very useful for elderly people). Long press to access symbols, like on Google keyboard is also missing. Great addition would be if there is option to set keyboard split in the middle (like on tablets), for weirdos like me, who type in landscape mode. If those are fixed it would be a 5/5 app.
