Ratings and reviews

While the app is decent, it has unupdated delivery points, at least for one of the delivery firms they are working with. Also, it is stated that the orders can be placed so they are delivered in stores free of charge, however 75% of the store do not process orders. While the app might not have it's fault in my experience, I'll take the service as a whole. In Romania, it seems unreliable. I have had orders from china that were delivered faster than this sinsay order. 😂

On Croatian version I see quite a number of issues. 1. Order tracking - status is sent, but when I click on tracking i get error screen (something went wrong) and I'm stuck on this screen. Back button and cart icon don't work. 2. Loyalty points - aren't accurate 3. Delivery time - too long

The recent UI update feels overly complex. The new menu has an excessive number of subcategories, making navigation through the app difficult and confusing.
