Like so many other android users. I, too, was frustrated with the app constantly crashing after a use and having to uninstall and reinstall. I tried a few things to no avail. The thing that resolved my issue was goto settings - find your Apps tab click on it - scroll down until you find site docs app in the list, click on it- scroll down to storage click on it- near the bottom click on clear cache and click on clear data. Now reopen app re enter your login info. let it re download the data.

doesn't work on Google pixel 6A once you download it, you can use it once. if you close it, you can't open it again, it just crashes. I uninstall and reinstall and again you can only use it once without closing. once you close it, you can't open it again. tried restarting etc. I saw other reviews had the exact same issue on a Google device.

One of the absolute worst apps ever designed for android when using the app it's usually so laggy that even entering data becomes tedious because the letters are so laggy at times. Even scrolling is difficult due to the poor design and lag. If my job did not require it this app would be deleted in a heartbeat. Honestly so poorly designed I'm surprised people buy it.
