The items delivered aren't packaged well! If you order numerous items, you will receive many deliveries same day all hours of the day which make it impossible to stay home to receive them, especially when you have to work. There isn't any type of organization or option to request even later date delivery to get all the items you order together. Also, very,very bazaar, there isn't a receipt or gift receipt included in the delivery package in the event that the order is a gift!!!!

Simply horrible. I bought a 125€ product which for some reason was unavailable the Instant i paid. The app said that since the merchant doesn't have the product, they're going to cover the extra expenses for the same product on a different merchant. That never happened even though the product was available and the app just cancelled the order without notifying me at all! The money I paid instantly, eill be returned after 12 business days. I tried contacting support but was 25min. on hold.

Unfortunately when it comes to the payment procedure the app tries to open a tab to the browser and then gets stuck. Moreover I could not complete the order with the Firefox browser , even on desktop mode.. so I had to use a desktop pc. Really bad experience, hope they find a solution soon. edit: I was able to complete my payment with Chrome browser, but not supporting some browsers seems like a real issue.
