During the registration process, I encountered difficulties in manually inputting my date of birth. The user interface requires scrolling through an extensive list of years, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. unfortunately, i had to delete the apps directly . I hope the developer fixes this in the upcoming updates.

This app and the market service is rubbish. Customer service is layers!!!. I book a home cleaning service, they delayed for 2 hours and i tried to call them, they laying and giving dake answer (they are on the way). I recommend no one to deal with them. Reply on developer replay: I have a screenshot of app customer service communication. Again, this is fake and layers!!!!!

Ordering on Smiles is becoming increasingly frustrating. Lack of sufficient riders/ rider not getting assigned/ cancelled orders/ late deliveries / cold food getting delivered after 2 hours. Today was the limit with 3 of their frustrating Support staff playing around with my order. No superior involved, no call back, nothing. I have already written my feedback to your designated mail. Kindly investigate what your 3 support staff on the Smiles app are upto and take immediate and strict action..!!
