App does not disclose that it has no free features or am actual free trial. Once you spend all the time entering your info, it then offers a "free one week trial" that you can pay what you want. But there's no option for not paying. I don't pay a penny for apps I can't try first, and I don't pay for apps that say they are free when they aren't.

If the price were more reasonable I would give five stars. However I think the price is too high for the product it delivers. It definitely helped me when my insomnia was at its worst. Sleep restriction was especially effective. One thing I would improve is the soundscapes or like meditation things would often turn off mid-listen so I'd have to break out of my attempt to sleep to restart them which was frustrating. Overall I liked the app and would renew if my insomnia returned.

The app repeats, "You only need 5.5 hours of sleep per night to function!" As encouragement during sleep restriction. First of all, most people who are experiencing insomnia aren't worried about getting less than 8 hours of sleep; they're worried about the nights when they get <4 hours of sleep. During all 3 weeks that I did sleep restriction, I averaged less than 5.3 hours of sleep per night, and my sleep became more unpredictable. This app's advice&program increased my sleep anxiety.
